The Rideau Trail Association
The Rideau Trail Association is a non-profit organization and a founding member of Hike Ontario. Its purpose is to preserve and maintain a hiking trail from Kingston to Ottawa. In addition to the main trail, there are a number of side trails. The total length of cleared and marked trails is 387 km.

Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority
The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA) is one of 36 conservation authorities in Ontario. A Conservation Authority's jurisdiction is based on a watershed area of land drained by one stream or river. The CRCA is actually made up of ten watersheds, including the large Cataraqui and Gananoque river systems, as well as smaller systems like Wilton and Buells creeks.

Running/Walking

The Running Room
Come and join us at the Running Room for our weekly practice runs/walks - it's FREE! We have practice runs/walks from all Running Room locations on Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Sundays at 8:30am (Wednesday times may vary depending on location). Practice is absolutely open to all runners and walkers as we send out multiple groups under the leadership of pace group leaders. You can take advantage of running or walking with a group and meet new friends. Join in for the fun and motivation offered free of charge.

Ahoy Rentals
Our bikes are CCM Excel 18 speed touring bikes equipped with hybrid tires, rear carrier, mudguards and padded seats for extra comfort. Bike helmets are included with every rental and are mandatory for anyone 18 years of age or younger. Maps and route suggestions are always happily given.
